My Story…
I am excited to run the 2024 Falmouth Road Race with the Mental Health Collaborative this year! I want to inspire friends and family members to speak up about their experiences with mental health and help others do the same. Encouraging open conversations surrounding these sensitive topics can lessen the stigma and help people find the help they deserve.
Throughout my time in school, I have witnessed first-hand the risk of depression and suicide among young adults. By raising money for the MHC, I aim to spread awareness of the need for mental health services, especially in educational spaces.
