My Story…
Hello! And thank you for visiting my page! This August, I will be running the 2024 ASICS Falmouth Road Race with the Brigham and Women’s Team to support the Urologic Cancer Fund. This fund provides the BWH Department of Urology with important resources to continue their work in urologic cancer research. Funding enables the department’s physician-scientists to pursue groundbreaking studies that improve their ability to diagnose and treat urologic cancers, including bladder cancer, for which my mom recently received treatment for and will continue to receive close monitoring of as we continue to navigate this new journey. This run is a small way to show my gratitude and support for her team, but more importantly, for my mom who has remained optimistic, brave, and hopeful. In her words… “Onward!”
