My Story…
I am participating in the 2024 Falmouth Road Race to support the Last Call Foundation in honor of fallen firefighter Michael Kennedy. The legacy of firefighting runs deep in my family, beginning with my great-grandfather, who served as deputy chief in the Boston Fire Department. My grandfather followed in his footsteps as a Boston Firefighter, and my father currently serves as a lieutenant on Quincy Fire. This foundation is meaningful to me, as I have a profound respect for firefighters and the sacrifices they make every day. Any donations to support the LCF mission are greatly appreciated. “The mission of the Last Call Foundation is to provide funding, education and research to advance the safety needs of the firefighting community." Firefighters are faced with significant risks on duty. By funding essential safety equipment and resources, we can help to ensure that firefighters are able to perform their duties with the highest level of protection. Education and research initiatives provide firefighters with the innovative tools and knowledge necessary to confront evolving challenges and hazards in their line of work. Supporting the Last Call Foundation means contributing to a cause that prioritizes the well-being of those who selflessly protect and serve us all.
