I am excited to run the Falmouth Road Race to raise money for the Community Health Center of Cape Cod. I have been working as a Nurse Practitioner at the Health Center for the last 4 years. They do an amazing job of connecting people of all backgrounds to primary medical, vision, dental, and psychiatric care. Examples include: home visits, remote blood pressure monitoring, behavioral support groups, pharmacy delivery, and so much more. Please consider donating to support this worthy cause!

Thank you for visiting my page, and for supporting me in the 2024 ASICS Falmouth Road Race. I am proud to be able to run and fundraise to support Community Health Center, and their efforts to support increased access to integrated care services for more than 25,000 individuals on the Cape, Islands and beyond.
Your support is so welcome and appreciated. It will help me to reach my fundraising goal to participate in the August 18 event, and it will support an outstanding cause in CHC.
