My Story…
I am running the Falmouth Road Race for the first time for Wellstring. WellStrong has been a huge part in my recovery journey on the Cape. WellStrong's mission is to create safe, supportive communities of people in recovery from substance use disorder through fitness, wellness and meditation. The support of peers, all aiming to achieve their goals, creates an environment of healing, strength and empowerment.
