First, I want to thank you for being here on this page and your consideration to donate to the Joe Andruzzi Foundation. I am running to honor Laurel Pearl Bares, to keep her legacy alive and to build awareness around Pediatric Cancer and the severe need for support and advancement in research, treatment, and resources.
Too many families have been personally effected by Pediatric Cancer. I am so grateful for your donation to help alleviate some of the burden on children and families that are experiencing this diagnosis and treatment. Your donation, no matter the amount, will help.
Description
JAF is committed to providing assistance to patients of all ages, any cancer, throughout New England who are struggling financially due to a cancer diagnosis. JAF understands that everyday living expenses don’t stop because of a diagnosis, and JAF provides various programs to help patients make ends meet. Because patients and families must often devote all their energy and resources toward treatment, the Foundation helps alleviate financial and emotional stress by providing grants to assist with rent/mortgage, transportation to treatment, food, and more. Through our Assistance Programs and Wellness Assistance, the grant recipients can focus on their cancer treatment and not the financial distress that comes with it.
