I'm running the 52nd ASICS Falmouth Road Race for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation
Hi everyone! As we approach the falmouth road race, I will be running for my second time this year. This year I am running for a very special team close to home, the Joe Andruzzi Foundation. Any and all donations for such a great family and their team at JAF is greatly appreciated by all. I’m so happy I was given the opportunity to join them this year, help me reach my goal! Description
JAF is committed to providing assistance to patients of all ages, any cancer, throughout New England who are struggling financially due to a cancer diagnosis. JAF understands that everyday living expenses don’t stop because of a diagnosis, and JAF provides various programs to help patients make ends meet. Because patients and families must often devote all their energy and resources toward treatment, the Foundation helps alleviate financial and emotional stress by providing grants to assist with rent/mortgage, transportation to treatment, food, and more. Through our Assistance Programs and Wellness Assistance, the grant recipients can focus on their cancer treatment and not the financial distress that comes with it.
