I'm excited to share that I will be participating in the Falmouth Road Race to support the Mental Health Collective. Having faced my own challenges with mental health, I understand the importance of accessible resources and support. This cause is personal to me, and I am committed to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to receive the help they need. We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
