My Story…
Hi everyone!
I am excited to be participating in the 2024 ASICS Falmouth Road Race with the Brigham Team to support the Center for Infertility and Reproductive Surgery Research Fund this year. Last year as we were navigating having a baby we learned I was a carrier for a genetic disorder DMD ( duchene muscular dystrophy) and would have to undergo IVF in order to have a safe pregnancy. I am so grateful for the genetic testing, IVF, and medical staff at the Brigham for helping us successfully get to the finish line. On January 26, 2024 we welcomed our beautiful daughter Charlotte Patricia Magner. I am forever indebted to all the doctors and medical professionals that helped us along the way and I am so proud to raise money for the IVF center at The Brigham and Women’s hospital. Please kindly consider helping me reach my goal, and thank you to all my friends and family in advance.
