Help Joy raise money

To me, running and fundraising are the best of all worlds.  Goals are set.  Challenges HAVE to be met.  Hundreds of deserving people benefit within communities. YAY!!  None of this can be done without YOUR support -- in addition to my commitment and training.  In choosing to help others -->> we are a team and thank you!!

On August 18, I will be taking on yet another challenge and running the Falmouth Road Race in support of the non-profit Michael Lisnow Respite Center in Hopkinton.  I have seen this center grow over the years to today being a place of fun, love and refuge for so many children with disabilities as well as their families to come to relax, be productive and enjoy any number of meaningful experiences provided by the center and the kind and able people who work there.  The money we raise will help provide scholarship to families who cannot afford the daycare needed for their children who may be struggling and need help.

I hope you will join me in supporting this effort. I will do the hard part and run the hilly, 7-mile course -- in all its summer heat and humidity --which are REAL CHALLENGING FACTORS.  Would you be willing to donate any amount to help?
