Hi Everyone,
Once again we are running the Falmouth Road Race in memory of my father Matt Rothwell. This event is always special to me and my family, as we continue to raise awareness for this horrendous disease. We will be running for CCALS who had a significant impact on our lives. My father bravely battled ALS, and without the guidance of CCALS my family and I would have been completely lost.
After my father’s passing my mom joined the CCALS caregiver group. Their mission is to offer support to those individuals and families battling ALS. This June, both her NH families lost their loved ones after a courageous battle with this horrendous disease. We would like to dedicate our run to both Edwin, Linda, and so many others who bravely face this disease every day.
Your support will help fund critical care and provide hope for families facing this challenging journey. Together, we can honor my father's memory and contribute to a future without ALS.

CCALS offers an innovative and holistic range of services tailored to meet the needs of individuals with ALS and their families. The services we offer are typically not covered by insurance. CCALS works with families in New England, across the United States, and internationally. The organization provides resources including equipment, educational workshops, Medicaid assistance, guidance and awareness in living with ALS, caregiving, and end-of-life issues. All funds raised through the Falmouth Road Race go directly to assisting families with ALS.
