My Story…
On August 18th, my mom and I are running the Falmouth Road Race again in support of Yoga Neighborhood, which is wonderful grassroots non-profit that provides yoga for no cost to people on Cape Cod from all walks of life.
Yoga Neighborhood offers free, donation based, trauma sensitive yoga classes to everyone, regardless of their age, income, or fitness level. YN works closely with local organizations such as the HYCC, Dennis Senior Center, Housing Assistance Corp (HAC) and the Veterans Admin to name a few. We are excited for the race this year and our training is underway!
