Description

CPN supports families caring for children with life-limiting illnesses as they take that first step into a life they had not imagined; and continues to be there for them throughout the journey that follows – guiding them with insights from other parents who have gone before on issues such as coping with diagnosis, making complex medical decisions, keeping their family strong, and coping after the death of their child.

CPN also supports medical providers, giving them important insights into the lived experience of the children and families they care for.

CPN’s web and mobile digital media platform includes 600+ original short videos, a robust parent blog, downloadable guides and curated learning experiences--available  24/7, at no expense to families. It fills the gaps in care that direct service cannot provide, including helping families see that they are not alone. This is one of the many reasons CPN has become a trusted referral resource by pediatric providers in children's hospitals nationwide.

Our goal is to raise $30,000 allowing CPN to develop and launch new topic areas critical to affected families and providers.
