Our story…
Yoga Neighborhood is a grassroots 501©3 non-profit agency which provides yoga to people on Cape Cod from all walks of life. Thank you to everyone for generously supporting our runners and Yoga Neighborhood!!
YN offers free, donation based, trauma sensitive yoga classes to everyone, regardless of their age, income, or fitness level. We work closely with local organizations such as the HYCC, Housing Assistance Corp, St Joseph Shelter, and the Mashpee Senior Center to name a few.
