Our story…
The CSNP is built on a community health impact model comprised of 4 components: nutrition education, case management, grocery assistance, and insurance acquisition. The CSNP partners with local agencies, churches, and corporations to provide assistance to nearly 6000 individuals each month. We are a proud Partner Agency of Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC, and Strategic Partner of both the United Way of Greater High Point and the United Way of Greater Greensboro. On behalf of all CSNP patrons, we thank you for supporting the program as we "Meet Families at their Point of Need".
