Donut Dash Sweet 16

16th year of 4 miles & 4 donuts benefiting Child Life Programs in Sacramento Children's Hospitals

***After online registration closes, download and print the same day registration form and bring to one of the shirt/bib locations on Thursday or Friday, or to the start/finish area on Saturday morning 7:15 AM - 8:45 AM. We are sold out of donuts and donut hole options and have very limited shirt sizes. We will do our best to make sure you get something as there are always no shows and unclaimed shirts. Thank you for the support!!!***

***For 2024*** Participants will start in Land Park, and remain in Land Park for 1-mile loops. Competitive participants will do 2 loops, consume 4 donuts, then 2 more loops. Noncompetitive participants can do as many (or few) loops as they'd like and choose between 3 donuts, 6 donut holes, OR nothing at all. This format for 2024 will allow all participants to watch and cheer the competitive participants. Competitive participants will start at 8 AM, all others at 8:45 AM.

Registration includes the delicious donuts or donut holes from Marie's Donuts, t-shirt, & one-of-a-kind finisher's award.

FAQ's

What is the difference between a competitive and non-competitive participant?

***For 2024*** Competitive participants will begin the event at 8 AM (all others 8:45 AM). In order to be an official overall or category (men or women) winner, the participant must be registered in the “Competitive 4 donuts” category AND consume all 4 donuts before returning to the course. The course for 2024 will be four 1-mile loops in the park. Competitive participants will do 2 loops, consume 4 donuts, then do 2 more loops. Non-competitive participants will receive 3 donuts.

Returning for 2024, the EWWS, LLP Glazing Fast Challenge! Competitive participants that complete the 4 miles and 4 donuts in less than 44 minutes will receive a special medal!

Children 12 & under, are they free or do they need to register? Children 12 & under can participate for FREE but will NOT receive 6 donut holes, t-shirt, or finisher medal. Children 12 & under that register will receive the above.
