Race bibs will be available at the Scout Hall in Kingston View Drive, then participants move to the start area at Gormley Park Oval. (Kingborough Little Athletics)
Cars must be parked at the overflow car park of the Kingborough Sports Centre( Kingston view drive) before 8:40 due to road closures in place. A bus shall be shuttling participants to car park area after the event.

Fees
• $40.00 per Senior (over 16)
• $15.00 per Junior (6- 16)
• $95.00 per Family (based on minimum of 2 seniors and 2/3 juniors) check price carefully and list accuracy when registering as a family. Our family registration listing allows for variation in family mix of senior and junior but must have one guardian adult entrant who is over 18
Under 12 must have guardian adult entrant (over 18) with them along the course.for safety
• $0 per Cub (0-5). Cubs must be in close supervision of Guardian adult entrant (over 18)who starts with walkers behind runners for safety.
Race Bibs for CUBS shall be printed rather than with timing chips
Run and Walk Rules
START ASSEMBLY: All participants must be assembled in the
Assembly Area 10 minutes prior to start times of race, with race bibs pinned after collection (7:30 am - 8:45 am).
Race numbers must be securely attached to the front of your top body cover and clearly dis-played at all times or you may be considered as having abandoned the race. All results and times will be processed as per your race number.
Runners assembling at the starting line and not at the assembly area, accepting lifts or entering the race at points other than the start area, will have their number taken, be disqualified and not recorded.
There will be no appeal against any disqualification.
VEHICLE PARKING
Provided at the overflow carpark in Kingston View drive.
BIB COLLECTION
Race numbers are to be collected from the Scout Hall at the corner of Kingston View Drive by 8:45 so participants can be at the start by 8.50 am for safety briefing warm up stretches will be led at Gormley Park at 8:40 am. Briefing shall occur approximately 8:50 am. Then participants shall move to Start line.
REFRESHMENT STATIONS: will be placed as close as practicable to the finish line
Includes water, Gatorade and fruit. Other items are available at cost with local businesses.
MASSAGES and therapy is provided by
Dr Stephen Crean
Kingston Chiropractic
and his team, at his tent near finish line.
ALL COMPETITORS: must obey the directions of route marshals at all times. Wheelchair/prams/mobility carers and Walkers who are accompanied by their DOGS must complete the Kingston Beach section on the PATHWAY not on the BEACH
PARTICIPANTS RETIRING: from the race should go to the nearest volunteer Marshall and advise an official of their retirement.
THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE: reserves the right to alter any of these rules prior to the start of the race.
NO CYCLISTS OR ROLLER SKATERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER
Maximum race time for electronic timing: 10:30 am is cut off time for ALL competitors
