- How will the race proceed safely? We are working on numerous logistical strategies that will allow us to host a great race while keeping everyone safe. As we approach race day, communication will increase on how we plan to manage vehicles, racers, spectators, etc.
- Will there be washrooms? There will be washrooms on-site at the start/finish line, at each hydration station, and at the turnaround for the Marathon races.
- Will there be hydration stations? There will be hydration stations every 2.5 km offering water and sports drinks.
- When/where is race-kit pick-up? Race kits will be available on October 4 from 2 to 9 pm in the Yule Lodge and Santa's Village. They will also be available on Saturday, October 5, from 6 am to 3 pm in our Registration Tent in the Santa's Village parking lot.
- Where is the starting line? We start and finish at Santa's Village, Bracebridge: 1624 Golden Beach Rd. With the partial road closure, access to Santa's Village must be via HWY 118 to Golden Beach Rd.

- Where can spectators view the race? The best spots to watch the 5k/10k races are at the start/finish line. For the longer races, the start/finish is a great spot to watch, or you can find a spot along the course route: Annie Williams Park, 50 Santa's Village Rd or James W Kerr Park, 130 Beaumont Dr. are both parks along the race route with parking, washrooms, and other activities. Both parks are accessible to one-way traffic throughout the race, so in and out movement will be accommodated.
- Kids Race details/Start Time: 8:30 am. All participants will gather at the track and be divided into age-appropriate heats. All kids will get a race bib and medal. All registered children also get access to Santa's Village on October 5, 2024. Every participating child will be entered into a draw to win a 2025 season pass for a family of four!
