Coming home to one of our original venues, Hinterland Regional Park in Mudgeeraba offers a mixture of grass, dirt road and single track running to create a fun and exciting off-road run experience!
Back for the 5th year, we are tstaying true to our initial goal of doable distances over doable terrain at an affordable price with an emphasis on fun for all ages and abilities!
Flirt is all about getting outdoors, having fun with friends and family so if you’ve ever flirted with the idea of trail running or mountain biking, if you’re already in the Flirt family or you’re a runner (trail or otherwise), then Flirt is for you!
Flirt with Dirt celebrates being active in nature – so one of our goals is to minimise our environmental impact as an event. There’ll be little touches and attempts to minimise waste, recycle and re-use and be an eco-responsible event!

Duathlon - Coombabah - Saturday afternoon April 20th
Round 1 - Coombabah - Sunday afternoon April 21st
Round 2 - Mudgeeraba - Sunday afternoon May 12th
Round 3- Numinbah Valley - Sunday morning June 9th
We've got a new distinctive set of medals set that's sure to tempt the collectors and has more of an environmental touch! As always, it's worthwhile signing up for the Series! Not only will you save $$; you'll also receive our Trail Trips race belt complete with expandable pocket to store your phone and/or water flask (perfect for our cupless events)!
