Raise money for The Hospice, Erie Shores Campus and Erie Shores HealthCare

Erie Shores Health Foundation relies on the generosity of our community so that each person has access to outstanding care close to home when they need it most. 


For The Hospice, Erie Shores Campus, we fund annual operating expenses to ensure all programs and services are provided free of cost to the residents and their families. For Erie Shores HealthCare, we fund the purchase of high priority medical equipment vital for patient care. 

We are dedicated to supporting care close to home through Erie Shores HealthCare and The Hospice, Erie Shores Campus with our community, for our community.
