Rock Steady Boxing Bluffton

Rock Steady Boxing is a boxing-inspired wellness program
for people living with Parkinson's Disease.

Rock Steady Boxing, is a unique exercise program, based on training used by boxing pros. and adapted to people with Parkinson's. Our program involves regular exercises, such as stretching, bicycling, running, jump-roping, push-ups, balancing and lots of non-contact boxing, led by experienced trainers/coaches.

Class Schedule & Cost

Rock Steady Boxing Bluffton meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. at the Washington Park Pavilion Gym (710 E Mulberry St) in Bluffton, IN.

Classes are $5.00 each, or you can purchase a 20-class punchcard below for $100. Once purchased, we will have your card ready for you at class.
Punchcards do not expire, so if you need to take a break or go on vacation, you will not lose any of the classes you have paid for :)

Meet Your Coaches

Amy Johnson - head coach / curriculum lead. Amy has been instructing fitness classes for 15 years, she is also a certified personal trainer. She creates the main lesson plans and ensures quality classes and instruction from all of our Rock Steady Coaches.

Laurie Baumgartner - gym manager / coach. Laurie takes care of the administrative stuff and also instructs classes. She has 10 years of experience instructing fitness classes and coaching sports. She is also the sports coordinator for the Bluffton Parks Department and organizes all of their annual wellness activities and events.

Rich Shoenherr - coach. Rich is a rock star, 80 year old freak of nature. He assists in most of our classes and brings personality and energy to each class. Rich is a certified personal trainer and former body builder.

Taylor Mayotte - coach. Our newest coach, Taylor has been teaching various fitness classes for 3 years. A mom of young children, she has plenty of energy and patience!
