2024 Lindsay Milk Run

The Kawartha Lakes Parks and Recreation Division Lindsay Milk Run 5K/10K is scheduled to take place on Sunday July 21, 2024.

Location:

Lindsay Recreation Complex - 133 Adelaide Street South, Lindsay, Ontario

Start Times:

10K - 8am5K - 8:20am

Registration:

Pre-registration will close at 4pm on Wednesday July 17, 2024.

Event Sold Out, no race day registration available.

Registration Fees:

Registration fee includes: finisher medal, race t-shirt and post race refreshments.

The first 150 pre-registered participants will receive a free Technical race t-shirt. After the 150 mark, participants will receive a cotton blend race t-shirt. T-shirt sizing cannot be reserved in advance and are on a first come first serve basis in terms of sizing availability.

In person Race Day registration will not be available on Sunday July 21, 2024 as the event is sold out.

Cancellation Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions.

5K/10K Team Divisions:

Each team competes either in the full 5K or full 10K course, all team members must be entered in the same distance. Teams must consist of a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12. Team members are eligible to compete for individual awards as well. Prizes will be awarded for fastest 5K and 10K teams overall, calculated by the average of all team members.

Team registration deadline is Wednesday July 17, 2024 at 4pm. After this time no changes or additions to teams will take place. Sorry, no exceptions.

14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

10K Age Divisions:

19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
