Riders will have their choice of a century, metric, half century, or half metric ride that winds through the valleys south of Asheville, NC. Although it is the least hilly ride in Western North Carolina, it has plenty of rolling hills to keep all riders interested. There is beautiful mountain scenery without the long mountain climbs. The Flyer is a ride for everyone from first time riders to experienced riders.
It begins at Oskar Blues Brewery in beautiful Western North Carolina, with a rolling start between 8:00 - 8:10am.

This is a fully supported ride with well-stocked rest stops and an after ride party.
PLEASE NOTE: To alleviate congestion on the roads in and around Oskar Blues, the WNC Flyer has a rolling start from 8:00am until 8:10am, as detailed above. The courses will become unsupported at 4:00pm.
Please take this into consideration when selecting the time that you show up on ride day to start the ride.
