On Mother's Day, May 12th, 2024 the Heart and Sole Half Marathon returns to Boulder County! We will have so many amazing opportunities at this event. In this year's edition of the Heart and Sole races, brought to you by locally-owned 303 Running, we're excited to host many Mother/Daughter and Mother/Son teams with the chance to win awards for the fastest teams in these categories! Kids old and young, get out here to show support for your amazing moms!

For those new moms, we have an exciting baby stroller category! We also have just added the Hearty 5k, which will be the last Bolder Boulder qualifier before the Memorial Day race. Please join us on Sunday this May, in the heart of Boulder where more than 1000+ runners, walkers, volunteers and spectators gather for a late Spring event named by Colorado Runner magazine as “Colorado’s Best Half Marathon” at the Boulder Rez in Colorado.

On and off Course Support

Aid stations, race officials, runner number verification points and course marshals will be located on both courses. For runners unable to complete the race, sag vehicles are available to return them to the start. Emergency radio communications, portable toilets, and limited first aid will be available at all aid stations on the courses. A medical tent will be set up at the finish line, staffed by AMR. Four AMR EMT bikes will also be on course, to provide on-site aid if needed.

Official aid stations, placed approximately every 2 mile beginning at Mile 2. On the course, each aid station will be stocked with Spring water, Skratch, gels, and Honey stinger chews
