CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF STOMPING AT THE MCG
We’re turning 10! For 10 years we’ve been stomping the ‘G to great music and with great people. If you’re yet to experience Stadium Stomp at this magnificent cauldron, this is your year!
Climb your way up, down and around the MCG bays in this epic stair climbing challenge. There will be rest stops (pick a seat!), drink stations and music playing to keep you focused and pumped.
Course Options
There are course options to suit everyone from our full course (7,300 steps), short course (1,900 steps), to our Junior Stomp (1,900 steps 5-11 yrs with parents), and of course Stomp Unlimited - for those who want to stomp until they drop.

Fundraising is optional but encouraged and a great way to make every step count.
INTRODUCING THEMED WAVE TIMES
Themed waves feature extra 80's and Rock tunes for 30 minutes from wave kick-off. A great chance to dress-up or stomp it out to your favourite tracks. Remaining waves will feature our great Stadium Stomp party mix, full of great tunes to keep you motivated and pumped.
