Our story…
Team Magill is once again walking/running to kick PancreAS. Sadly, this year we will not be walking with our beloved Captain from last year. This year we will be walking in his honour.
This photo is of John (Zbys) just after he crossed the 5k finish line in December 2023, five months after receiving his pancreatic cancer diagnosis and only four months prior to his passing.
He is missed everyday as an amazing Husband, Father, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother, Brother in Law and Friend.
We are hoping to raise funds to support Craig's Cause and for Pancreatic Cancer Research. However just as important, if we could share some learnings from his cancer journey on behalf of John, it would be to please educate yourself on the symptoms of this hard to detect cancer, listen to your body and advocate for your health.
