The 2024 Tour de CROWN makes its return on Saturday, August 24th!
Presented by Great Parks, the Tour de CROWN is a ride for all abilities, featuring existing and proposed trails in the CROWN's expanding biking and walking network. Three distance options will start and end at Fifty West Brewing Company, right off the Little Miami Scenic Trail. Each route will feature rest stops and rider support from Reser Bicycle Outfitters and Tour de CROWN volunteers.
Registration includes a post-ride burger and beer from Fifty West and the Tour de CROWN Expo along the trail. Best of all, the proceeds from this ride benefit Tri-State Trails and the advocacy work we do on behalf of our regional trail and bikeway network!
The Tour de CROWN has something for everyone; no matter your route, you will have a blast experiencing the trails.
Tour de CROWN 34-Mile Route—8:00 am departure: Tackle all the trails the CROWN Trail Loop offers to date. Conquer some of Cincinnati's iconic hills and see the trail's progress and potential first-hand. This ride includes many on-road sections where the trail network has not yet been completed.
Tour de CROWN 17.5-Mile Route—8:30 am departure: Expand your range and explore parts of the CROWN you’ve never experienced. This ride will traverse the Little Miami Scenic Trail, Lunken Airport, Ohio River Trail, Delta Avenue bikeway, Wasson Way, and Murray Path. Portions of this ride are on-road, where the trail network has not yet been completed.
Tour de CROWN 8.5-Mile Trail Route—9:00 am departure: Enjoy an easy pedal on the Little Miami Scenic Trail down to Great Parks' Beechmont Bridge and back.
After completing their rides, registered riders and volunteers can look forward to a well-deserved reward: a complimentary Fifty West beer (for those 21 and over or a non-alcoholic beverage), a delicious burger, AND the Tour de CROWN Expo!
The Tour de CROWN Expo is a free, family-friendly celebration of trails and community! Organized as part of the Tour de CROWN community bike ride, it offers a celebration and learning experience for Tour de CROWN participants and volunteers, local adventurers, trail enthusiasts, and outdoor lovers of all ages. Mark your calendars, invite your friends, and prepare for a fun and inspirational day.
