Join us on Saturday, May 25th, 2024 for the 7th annual Rompin' Rockwood trail race. Runners have three fun distances to choose from: 10km, 25km, and 50km (2 loops of the 25km). Each distance will feature mostly single track trail with some crushed gravel, and very little pavement. Although there are no huge climbs, it is rarely flat, and your legs will feel the technicality of the trails. We have big plans for this year, and cannot wait to see you at the start!

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  1. No race day registration, deferrals, or refunds: Please consider the Refund Protection option at checkout, if there is a chance you won't make it.
  2. Transfers:
    1. Transferring to another runner is available to all participants (see transfer details below). Closes on Friday, May 17, 2024
    2. Transferring to another distance is available to all participants (see transfer details below). Closes on Friday, May 17, 2024
  3. Online Registration Only: Closes on Friday, May 17, 2024.
  4. Early Bird Pricing: Ends on March 31st, 2024.
  5. SWAG: We cannot guarantee swag if you register after April 29, 2024.


TRANSFER OPTIONS

1. Transferring to a new participant...

You can transfer your bib to anyone - $2.25 Race Roster fee (To be paid by the new participant)

  1. Find a willing participant, and get their email address.
  2. Click "Transfer" (on the left or right side of the page - Both work!).
  3. Add the new recipient's email.
  4. Once the transfer is initiated, the new participant will receive an email with a link to complete the transfer.

The original participant is refunded their registration, and the new participant purchases the bib (plus the $2.25 Race Roster transfer fee).

NOTE: The new participant must transfer into the same distance category as the original participant. After the transfer is complete, the new participant can follow the steps below if they want to transfer to a new distance, however will be subject to another $2.25 transfer fee from Race Roster.


2. Transferring to another distance (aka: sub-event)...

You can transfer to a new distance - $2.25 Race Roster fee

  1. Click "Transfer" (on the left or right side of the page - Both work!).
  2. Select the option: "Transfer to a new sub-event"
  3. Select the new distance you would like to transfer to
  4. Start the transfer

If you are transfer up (aka, longer distance) your original payment will be used as a credit, and you will be charged the difference + the $2.25 Race Roster transfer fee.

If you are transferring down (aka, shorter distance), you will be refunded any difference + the $2.25 Race Roster transfer fee.
