Join us for a day filled with fun and designed to be inclusive for all!
Our Refuge Roundup is a day designed for individuals who are intellectually and/or physically disabled aged 0-99 to come and have a horse riding experience! Along with riding a horse, participants will get the opportunity to experience a petting zoo, have their face painted, and more. Tickets must be purchased to participate in the event. Food will be included with the purchase of a ticket. We will have a blender on site that can be used for pureeing if needed, and will also create a private changing station with a hoyer lift so to accommodate our friends that may require that extra care. Personal hoyer slings will not be available, so make sure to bring your own!
The event will kick off at/around 10AM and end around 2PM.
If you are a teacher or school administrator desiring to bring a group of students to participate in the event, email us at therefugems@gmail.com to be sent the school form you can use for field trip authorization. Groups will be manually reserved once payment is received.
