- 06h45: Race Check-In closes for both distances
- 06h45: 10km & 5 km Race Warmup (at the stage)
- 07h00: 10km Race Starts
- 07h15: 5km Race Starts
- 07h15: 2m Race Warmup (at the stage)
- 07h30: 2km Family Fun Race Starts
- 09h00: cut off time for all 3 race categories
There is no ‘bag drop’ facility in the Race Village
