March is here, so that means the fun and excitement of the 2024 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament Challenge will start before you know it! Selection Sunday is March 17th.
Participating couldn't be easier! After you choose your level of support below, you will get an email for Esther's Friends' special group. Complete your bracket and then sit back and enjoy the games! The winner will be announced after the championship game on April 8th.
So fill out your bracket before the scheduled tip-off time of the first game (currently March 21st) and cheer on your favorite team, while raising funds to help all of Esther's inpatient friends!
Esther's Friends, The Esther Viola Frey Memorial Foundation, was formed to honor Esther, who passed away from complications from her rare genetic disorder, in a way that was fitting with her life. During Esther's two short years she never met a person who didn't instantly become her friend. Thus, Esther's Friends continues in her spirit and provides support to children, and families of children, facing long-term hospitalizations - making all those who benefit, one of Esther's friends.

How to select your level of support
Each registration tier corresponds to Esther's Friends' unique programs and initiatives!
* Sweet Sixteen: Parking at the hospital can be expensive - an added cost that no family should have to bear. Help remove this burden by covering the cost of parking for one hospital visit!
* Elite Eight: Books help pediatric inpatients by strengthening their intellectual confidence and fostering their desire to learn. Children who struggle with illness or extended hospital stays are at greater risk of falling behind academically. Cover the cost of new books and help hospitalized children thrive not only physically, but socially, emotionally, and academically!
* Final Four: It really is the little things that make a big difference! Esther's Friends' comfort care kits include books (reading, activity, and coloring), fuzzy socks, fidget toys, colored pencils, markers or crayons, small toys, Legos, Playdoh or modeling putty, and meal vouchers. Help provide comfort during the most difficult times!
* Champion: Thank you for ensuring the success of all of our programs by going above and beyond!
