The Second Beach Open Water Swim is one of the premier events included in the Vancouver Triathlon race weekend.
The event offers 3 distances, 750m, 1.5km and 3km.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION DETAILS
- 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
- An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration
- All entries include a commemorative technical race shirt if registered BEFORE August 15
- Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday August 30
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Fast North Corp for your online registration into this event.
- All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event. This also applies to a participant with an injury or illness. Sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
- Ages will be calculated as of December 31, 2024
- All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Although some participants may not realize it, the majority of expenses for organizing a sporting event are incurred before the actual event takes place (ie. staff, marketing, shirts, medals, permits, deposits, insurance, etc). For this reason, issuing refunds would place the event in an adverse financial position. By registering for the event, you are agreeing to the risk that if you are unable to attend the event, or if the event is cancelled, you are not entitled to a refund unless otherwise stated.
- All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated.
- Sale and/or transfer of race entries/bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
- A participant with an injury or illness is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
- By registering for the event, If the event cannot take place in 2024 due to COVID-19, the participant agrees to a 75% deferral credit.
This credit can be applied towards any multisportscanada event in 2024-2025
