Our story…
Hiking in memory of Nana Pat and so others can receive the same love, attentive care and dignity at Stratford Hospice. Our Mom and Nana spent almost 7 days with Hospice and we hope with your help we can raise a weeks worth of end of life care. While at Hospice she felt safe, cared for and surrounded by her loving family. The care and attention she received was invaluable.
