The 2024 DFW HBCU Alumni 5K Run/Walk brings together alumni and supporters under the theme "HBCU Strong: Running for a Purpose." Taking place on Saturday, June 22, 2024, this annual event celebrates Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and their tremendous contributions.
By participating in our 6th HBCU Alumni 5K, you can honor these vital institutions while raising money for scholarships benefiting DFW students attending or planning to attend HBCUs. To date, the event has awarded 20 scholarships to deserving local students, helping make their college dreams possible. This year's theme emphasizes the strength and purpose of HBCUs in uplifting our community.
Join fellow alumni, students, and HBCU advocates as we unite to support the next generation of HBCU graduates. Let's celebrate HBCU pride while running for a meaningful cause!
