BEACHRUNS 2024
Picturesque palm tree-lined beaches, island views and hard-packed sand, there’s a lot to love about Beachruns@Mission Beach!
Choose between 5km, 10km or 21km, or the 12km team-relay challenge (3km x 4 runners) and our much-loved 1km children’s fun run. This is an event for everyone.
Our half marathon is run along the entire length of our longest beach – covering South Mission Beach, Wongaling Beach and Mission Beach.
And it’s spectacular!
Located in the banana mecca of Australia, this event is powered by bananas thanks to our major sponsor Mackays Bananas. Thanks also to our other club sponsors Cassowary Coast Physiotherapy, Wobble-In Bicycles, Tassal Prawns and Mission Beach Resort. They keep us running, literally.
Coral Coast Financial Services sponsor the team-relay which is a great way to be part of the action as a business, organisation, sports group or group of friends or family members. Get your team together! This year it’s a 3km run for each participant (teams of 2 to 4 runners), to complete a 12km course.

This is a team entry fee for 4 participants. The team captain will register themselves and pay for the team. Team Captains will receive a separate email with instructions on how to register their team members and the team code. Relay teams of 2 or 3 or 4 runners. 4 x 3k laps.
