ENJOY A GREAT DAY ON THE GREAT ALLEGHENY PASSAGE THIS JUNE 8!
Pick among three self-supported bicycle rides (38, 18, or 8 miles), each ending in a celebration in Cedar Creek Park with food trucks, cold brews, ice cream, music, and relaxation along the Youghiogheny River. The celebration runs from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and will be held along the GAP at Cedar Creek Park pavilion 18, which is approximately mile marker 110. Self-supported rides begin at 8:30 am from Point State Park, 9:45 am from the Boston trail access point, and 10:30 am from the Sutersville trail access point. Bring your own water and tool kit, and choose appropriate clothing and outerwear for the weather.
Registration is $50 and includes an event t-shirt, food and beer truck tickets, and 10 raffle entries to win a prize package that includes 1) rafting/biking passes from Wilderness Voyageurs and 2) overnight lodging at the Comfort Inn in Connellsville. This fundraiser supports the work of the Great Allegheny Passage Conservancy. Upon registration, join a team with friends, clubs, or colleagues! Individuals who raise $1,000 by May 31 are eligible for an afterparty at Falls City Pub in Ohiopyle.

Try the new connector along the Monongahela River, cross the Hot Metal Bridge, and wind through the Rivers of Steel National Heritage Area on your way to Cedar Creek Park. There, join friends for the 2024 Great Day on the GAP, an outdoor celebration with food trucks, cold brews, ice cream, good music, and prizes to be raffled off. This ride starts at 8:30 am at Point State Park, at the outdoor amphitheater just behind and below the Fort Pitt Museum. This is a self-supported, one-way ride on the Great Allegheny Passage with no return transportation provided; participants should ride their own bikes at their own pace, carry water and a tool kit, and arrange for return transportation from Cedar Creek Park. Wear the right gear (including a helmet), rain or shine!

Pick this relaxing 18-mile jaunt on the Great Allegheny Passage, from Boston to Cedar Creek Park! You'll pass the iconic Red Waterfall, serene Dravo's Landing, and quiet Buena Vista on your way to Cedar Creek Park. There, join friends for the 2024 Great Day on the GAP, an outdoor celebration with food trucks, cold brews, ice cream, good music, and prizes to be raffled off. This ride starts at 9:45 am at the trail access area in the hamlet of Boston (use 1912 Donner Street, McKeesport, PA 15135 to find us). This is a self-supported, one-way ride on the Great Allegheny Passage with no return transportation provided; participants should ride their own bikes at their own pace, carry water and a tool kit, and arrange for return transportation from Cedar Creek Park. Wear the right gear (including a helmet), rain or shine!

At Cedar Creek Park, join friends for the 2024 Great Day on the GAP, an outdoor celebration with food trucks, cold brews, ice cream, good music, and prizes to be raffled off. This ride starts at 10:30 am at the trail access area in the hamlet of Sutersville (use 1918 McPhearson Street Elizabeth, PA 15037 to find us). This is a self-supported, one-way ride on the Great Allegheny Passage with no return transportation provided; participants should ride their own bikes at their own pace, carry water and a tool kit, and arrange for return transportation from Cedar Creek Park. Wear the right gear (including a helmet), rain or shine!

Join fans of the Great Allegheny Passage in Cedar Creek Park for the 2024 Great Day on the GAP, a bike-friendly celebration along the Youghiogheny River.
