Mississippi's first race to offer a Rolling Division returns with the 11th Annual Dash 'N Splash at Old Trace Park in Ridgeland! On-site registration begins at 7:30 am with the 5k race beginning at 8:30 am. Fun Run start is 9:30 am. With water slides, water balloons, and watermelon at the finish line, the Dash 'N Splash is fun for the whole family. Bring your lawn chairs and sunscreen, and cheer on participants of the 5k Run, Walk, or Roll and 1k Fun Run. Come support the Brain Injury and United Spinal Association of Mississippi.
The 5k has running, walking, and survivor divisions with medals for placers in each division. The 1k Fun Run has a 10 and under division and an all-age survivor division.

Survivor 5k is open to participants who are survivors of brain and spinal cord injury. Course is wheelchair accessible and both manual and power wheelchairs are permitted. All finishers in the survivor division will receive medals with recognition going to 1st, 2nd, 3rd Placers in Male/Female divisions.
