Join us on Saturday, June 22, 2024 for a walk, a ride,
and/or our burritos and bubbles brunch as together we take action and make change to this national epidemic of gun violence. Rock the Ride exists as a way for our community to come together, honor our own local tragedies, and learn how to impact the gun violence that exists every day across our nation.
This year, we welcome our Voices of Change, guest speaker Jackie Speier, who served in US Congress from 2008 to 2023.

Also this year, we welcome Marianne Martin, who won the very first Tour de France Féminin in 1984, a race that ran alongside the Tour de France. Other noteworthy cyclists joining this year’s Rock the Ride include privateering and pioneering gravel pro, Peter Stetina, chef, author and endurance cyclist, Chris Cosentino, former pro and USA National Team cyclist, Giana Roberge Chicott, and former US Pro Gavin Chilcott.

8:15am: 25-mile Ride
8:45am: 10-mile Ride
9:15am: 3-mile walk among the vineyards (dogs are welcome)
10:00am-12:00pm: Burritos & Bubbles Brunch in the Park + Guest Speakers + Prevention Organization Fair

Special Add-on Stealth Ride with Chef, Author, Cyclist and Philanthropist, Chris Cosentino. Join Chris for an early morning 45-mile ride through the valley floor and up the west side of Napa on Mt. Veeder. This is your chance to ask Chris about all thing’s food, cooking and staying fit and fast! Included is a reserved brunch table for you and your cycling cohorts. We thank Chris for donating his time to our cause of gun violence prevention. (Ride will have dedicated Marshal support and VeloMed)

Marianne Martin - WALT Wines Afternoon Reception Closed
Join us for a special afternoon reception with Marianne Martin, who won the very first Tour de France Féminin in 1984, a race that ran alongside the Tour de France. The Tour de France Féminin lasted five years, and to this day the 1984 version remains the only women’s stage race that most closely mirrored the men’s edition. Even the modern Tour de France Femmes is substantially shorter and not run concurrently with the Tour de France. Saturday, June 22nd 5pm - 6:30pm at Walt Wines, 605 First Street, Napa, CA NET PROCEEDS go directly to our beneficiary, Alaina's Voice Foundation.
