Help James raise money

This November, I'll be doing what everyone fantasizes about at 8am on a Sunday—climbing 36 flights of stairs in full firefighter duty gear, adding an extra 70 pounds to my natural  170lb (keep dreaming!) frame. 

Why? We’re raising funds and awareness for the 1 in 5 Nova Scotians and Islanders living with lung disease, supporting the incredible work of LungNSPEI.

I’ll be huffing and puffing alongside my fellow firefighters from Station 8 in Bedford, where we’re always ready to serve and protect, 24/7/365.

So dig deep, support this vital cause, and if you’re within earshot, you might even catch my wheezing from the rooftops.
