My Story…
I'm looking forward to once again supporting Miles for Migraine at their Chicago event. And for the second year, I'm leading a team - please join or support! Miles for Migraine is the organization that I wish I had when I was living through my worst years of migraine. However, second best is finding them in 2022. Also that year, I was fortunate to convert to episodic migraine after having chronic migraine for 24 years. Which also means I now have the strength and energy to advocate and bring resources to those that may not have that energy to search for support. I just completed ACT Now training with the organization and am committed to bringing my knowledge, support and experience to the migraine community. Please join us - and please connect with me to learn all of the amazing resources Miles for Migraine has to help you!
