Welcome to Pinawa Multisport Weekend
Canaqua Sports is very excited to once again be a part of the Pinawa Multisport Weekend, a unique event run with races available for anyone 5 years of age and up. With events on both Saturday and Sunday, we invite anyone who is interested to come out to Pinawa, and spend the weekend with us. Bring your kids as this is a true family event!
Once you have registered you will be contacted by our Race Director Wanda Mathers and given full information about the weekend's events

- Open water swim 2.0K or 5.0K
- Swim heat start times may vary with the conditions
- Assigned individual kayaker
- Spots available 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
- Newbie/terrified/starter practice (free) 8:00 a.m.
- Wonder Kids Triathlon 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Wonder Kids (suitable for ages 5 to 10) FREE registration fee
- Kids choose personal distance
- Swim: beach start, shallow swim 10m, repeat
- Swim: beach start, deep water 15m swim to dive platform, repeat
- Bike: 1k or 2k course, repeat
- Run/Walk 1k course, repeat
- Parent/adult/sibling supervision. We provide athlete leaders
- Finisher plus individual skills medal
