Volunteer - Green Bay 2024

Thank you for volunteering for the Festival Foods Turkey Trot! We are so thankful for our volunteers and would not be able to do this event without all of you!

Location for Volunteer Check In - Wednesday:
Lambeau Field Atrium
Enter through the American Family Entrance, on the East Side

Location for Volunteer Check In - Thursday Morning:
Green Bay Distillery (835 Mike McCarthy Way, Green Bay)

Dates & Times for Volunteering:
Wednesday, November 27: 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Thanksgiving: 5:30 am - 10:00 am

Volunteer Opportunities:
We have a wide array of volunteer positions available on both Wednesday and Thanksgiving morning. Whether you like to be outdoors (Corner Monitor, Pumpkin Pie Handout, etc.) in the elements or staying warm inside (Registration, Packet Pick Up, etc.), we have the volunteer job just for you!

Volunteer Notes:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your assigned start time for volunteering. This will allow you enough time to get checked in, receive your volunteer t-shirt, and get a brief overview of the role you will be doing.

Parking Notes:

Volunteers and Staff will have exclusive parking at the Green Bay Distillery, and all vehicles must be removed by 10 am. Any cars remaining in the lot after 10 am, will be towed.
Please note - you will only be allowed to park at the Distillery by showing the parking staff your 2024 Volunteer Confirmation email. Make sure to have this at the ready upon your arrival!
