Volunteer - Coulee 2024

Thank you for volunteering for the Festival Foods Turkey Trot! We are so thankful for our volunteers and would not be able to do this event without all of you!

Dates & Times for Volunteering:
Wednesday, November 27: 1:45 pm - 6:00 pm
Thanksgiving: 5:45 am - 10:00 am

Volunteer Opportunities:
We have a wide array of volunteer position available on both Wednesday and Thanksgiving morning. Whether you like to be outdoors (Corner Monitor, Pumpkin Pie Handout, etc.) in the elements or staying warm inside (Registration, Packet Pick Up, etc.), we have the volunteer job just for you!

Volunteer Notes:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your assigned start time for volunteering. This will allow you enough time to get checked in, receive your volunteer t-shirt, and get a brief overview of the role you will be doing.

Parking Notes:

Parking near the Onalaska Omni Center will be available at the below locations:
Onalaska Omni Center (Riders Club Road)
Onalaska Aquatic Center (Riders Club Road)
First Free Church (Mason Street)
R.W. Houser Family YMCA (Mason Street)
Onalaska School District Omni Center Athletic Fields (East Ave N)

Riders Club Road will be open west of the Onalaska Omni Center; only participants traveling from Hwy 35 will be able to access the Omni Center and Aquatic Center parking lots. Riders Club Road will be closed east of the Onalaska Omni Center to East Avenue North
