The Okanagan Triathlon Training Camp is "A Different Type of Training Camp"
The focus of this camp is to add a safe amount of intentional overload to your current triathlon training while having fun! This camp is designed for all triathletes who would like to train in a group environment while improving fitness, confidence, skills and be supported while training.
We welcome a variety of levels of fitness, training duration preference and experience. Athletes who attend our camp should however have at least:
have adequate bike handling skills to ride on the road
be able to ride a minimum of 40km
be able to swim 500m continuously in open water comfortably
walk/run for 1 hour
That being said, that is for you to participate in all the activity and we do welcome you to be involved in other ways if this isn't you but you still want to attend (such as being on the paddle board during the swim portion) as we can get creative so everyone can participate and have fun!
