Please join us at Gear Up For Housing 2024!
Join us on May 4th, 2024 for our 10th annual Gear Up for Housing. We're going to cycle the city, raising money to support St. Clare’s. This year, we'll continue to rally behind our latest project, which will house 25 more people.
While ending homelessness may feel impossible, St. Clare’s knows that it can be done simply by housing one person at a time.
St. Clare’s Ossington Infill Project is building 25 micro-units of housing next to our 1120 Ossington Avenue building (near Dupont Street). These tiny homes will bring 25 people off the streets into safe, secure, and affordable housing. The project will more than double the 20-unit community St. Clare’s has facilitated for the last 10 years.
Every donation to Gear Up For Housing helps St. Clare’s end homelessness for 25 people through the Ossington project.
Riders of all skill levels are welcome to join us on this very chill ride. Pick your distance:

About St. Clare's
St. Clare’s was formed in 1998 by a dedicated group of activists convinced that ending homelessness required two things: affordable housing and action. Since our early days, St. Clare’s has become a respected leader in the building and providing of affordable housing, known for out-of-the-box thinking that uses private sector know-how to create positive social outcomes. To date, St. Clare’s has successfully developed 762 units of affordable housing in Toronto.
With our innovative housing model that collaborates with service agencies to ensure tenants receive the support they need to remain housed and with our proven record of providing high quality affordable housing, St. Clare’s is fighting homelessness in Toronto one apartment at a time.
