Carman Wellness Connections Inc.

Carman Wellness Connections (CWC) is a non-profit charitable organization made up of volunteers focusing on addressing poverty. We generate connections and opportunities towards creating a community where everyone can flourish. With recognition that the issues around poverty are complex, CWC has six active Working Groups looking at strategies to minimize the impact of poverty. The six active Working Groups are: Affordable Housing, Affordable Recreation Activities, Education and Employment, Food Security, Supporting Emotional Health and Transportation. We are committed to building relationships with community members, local government and other organizations to effectively communicate our vision and work on solutions. The end goal is 'making poverty history', positively affecting our whole community.

Carman is a wonderful place to live, work and play, but many of our neighbors are floundering. Organizations like Carman Wellness Connections can play a key role in making change, but not alone. We thank you for your support
