2nd Annual 10K With A Cop 5k, 10k & 2 Mile Community Fun Run/Walk
Come celebrate the accomplishments of over 700 youth within the 10K With A Cop program. These amazing kids have been training all year to complete a 10K and they could use the community's support to get them through the finish line.
To show our appreciation for over five years of support from the greater Modesto area we are making this event open to all. Join us for a 5k or 10K run starting and finishing in downtown Modesto. For those not up to running that distance, we offer a 2-mile fun run/walk for FREE.
10K With A Cop, an affiliate program of Project Blue, empowers at-risk youth to set goals, focus on health and wellness, and forge positive relationships with local law enforcement. Through weekly training sessions, police officer mentors embed the importance of self-discipline and overall well-being through physical activity with the ultimate goal to complete a 10K run.
