This is a two-day event
- May 18: All Youth, Sub-Junior, Junior, Masters 1-4 and Special Olympics lifters
- May 19: All Open lifters and Bench Only
This is a CPU sanctioned event.
You must hold a valid CPU membership before registering for a CPU sanctioned competition. You may purchase a membership here: https://www.canadianpowerliftingunion.com/membership
Registration with the CPU requires accepting the drug testing policy in full during their membership. Competitors must remain in attendance for the duration of their session to comply with possible testing selection even if they cannot complete their lifts.
This competition is subject to drug testing. Please complete your CCES learning module and keep the certificate with you.
Ensure ALL of your equipment is IPF approved, as per the approved list and technical rules. Unapproved equipment will not be allowed for use.
All entries are non-refundable & non-transferable after the entry deadline - April 15th, 2023. This includes reasons such as (but not limited to): COVID, illness, injuries, conflict in scheduling, etc.
