The 6th Annual Unified 5k is an inclusive road race where participants can run, walk, roll, or row their way through the 5k distance.

The event raises money for our 501(c)(3) non-profit, AdaptX. The mission of AdaptX is to improve the health and fitness of individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities through education, advocacy, accessibility, and scholarship. We develop and share a knowledge base of valuable adaptive fitness content created by consolidating the available body of literature, our practical experience, and insights from key stakeholders within the disability community.

Turn by Turn Directions

Start at Mary Rowlandson Elementary School
Leave parking lot and turn right onto Main Street
After 0.88 miles turn left onto Harvard Road
Turn left onto Packard Street
Turn right onto Main Street
Enter the RFK Campus through the main entrance
Bear right and run to the back of the parking lot
Exit and turn right onto Harvard
Run straight through the intersection of Harvard and Packard past the playground
Turn right onto Main Street
Enter the RFK Campus through the main entrance
Bear left and run past the front entrance of the school
Exit out of the other end of the parking lot and turn right onto Main Street
Run to the end of the cones and turn left back into the Mary Rowlandson parking lot
Run to the finish (same place as the start line)

Leave parking lot and turn right onto Main Street
Turn left onto Brazao
Run to the end of the culdesac
Loop around the right side and run back down Brazao
Turn left onto Main Street
Turn left into the Mary Rowlandson parking lot
Run to the finish (same as the start)
