We are excited to participate in the Get REAL Virtual 5K in support of The Get REAL Movement and Rainbow Railroad during this Pride Month. This event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity, and support a great cause.
Rainbow Railroad is a remarkable organization that helps LGBTQI+ individuals around the world escape state-sponsored violence. They provide support in the form of travel assistance, legal services, and other resources to help these individuals find safety. Their work is crucial in many parts of the world where being LGBTQI+ is not only stigmatized but can also be life-threatening.
The Get Real Movement is a Canadian non-profit focused on combatting 2SLGBTQ+ discrimination, racism, and bullying in schools, summer camps, and workplaces. Their programming aims to break down prejudice, promote unity, and foster compassion in our world.
